Please contact Jenn Blagg, Wedding Coordinator at

The Sacrament of Baptism is a significant spiritual milestone in the life of your family. At Lake Magdalene, we value the special significance of the ceremony within the worship service. In order to make it special for the person being Baptized and/or their families, it is important that we have the opportunity to meet with one another and talk about the baptismal service.  If you are considering a Baptism, please call and make an appointment to come in and talk to the pastor and select a date for this event. Contact Cyndie Petrus, Coordinator of Hospitality, Connection and Care at (813) 961-1254 or to schedule an appointment.

Funerals & Memorials

We understand the planning and organizing a funeral or memorial can be difficult and at times very stressful. Rest assured we will help you every step of the way. If you are in need of a memorial or funeral, please contact Cyndie Petrus, Coordinator of Hospitality, Connection and Care, at (813) 961-1254 to set up an appointment to talk about service planning. We typically host funerals and memorials Monday-Thursday.

Our ceremtary is located at the North end of Lake Carroll on Armenia Avenue, and is owned by and a ministry of Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church. Internment in our cemetary is reserved primarily, but not exclusively, for Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church members.* There are currently less than 900 plots left for sale in our cemetary. The fees for individual plots are as followed:

LMUMC Members: $2,000

Non-Members: $3,000

*It continues to be the Trustees' sense that the sales of these plots be limited to those with long-term ties to our immediate area.
