MEDIA COORDINATOR (30 hours)
The Media Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the worship experience and facilitating effective communication through multimedia elements. They will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of audio/visual production, livestreaming, and media-related activities for worship services and special events at the church. This role will work closely with the Director of Communications to ensure the seamless integration of multimedia elements into the church's services and events, and provide support in video editing tasks. NIGHT HOSPITALITY/SECURITY (Part-Time)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team for a night hospitality/security position. This part-time role, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM or 8:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, involves crucial tasks such as locking and unlocking rooms as needed, buzzing people into the building, and ensuring the security and proper closure of the premises. Flexibility is key, as work schedules may vary depending on the groups that meet at the Church. The total weekly hours for this position will not exceed 19 hours.
Lake Magdalene Church in Tampa, Florida, is seeking an experienced and Christ-centered part-time Organist to join our team. As the Organist, you will play a pivotal role in our Bible-centered congregation's worship services, enhancing the spiritual experience of our members through music. This 12-month position will require approximately 10-12 hours per week, with duties including providing organ and piano music for two Sunday worship services, accompanying choirs and orchestra, and playing for special worship services and concerts. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organ and piano performance and accompaniment skills, be able to sight-read music, and have a solid understanding of various music styles, including classical, gospel, and contemporary. A Bachelor's degree in Music is required, with preference given to those with a Master's degree in organ.
