MEDIA COORDINATOR (30 hours)

The Media Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the worship experience and facilitating effective communication through multimedia elements. They will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of audio/visual production, livestreaming, and media-related activities for worship services and special events at the church. This role will work closely with the Director of Communications to ensure the seamless integration of multimedia elements into the church's services and events, and provide support in video editing tasks. NIGHT HOSPITALITY/SECURITY (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team for a night hospitality/security position. This part-time role, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM or 8:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, involves crucial tasks such as locking and unlocking rooms as needed, buzzing people into the building, and ensuring the security and proper closure of the premises. Flexibility is key, as work schedules may vary depending on the groups that meet at the Church. The total weekly hours for this position will not exceed 19 hours.

ORGANIST (Part-Time)

Lake Magdalene Church in Tampa, Florida, is seeking an experienced and Christ-centered part-time Organist to join our team. As the Organist, you will play a pivotal role in our Bible-centered congregation's worship services, enhancing the spiritual experience of our members through music. This 12-month position will require approximately 10-12 hours per week, with duties including providing organ and piano music for two Sunday worship services, accompanying choirs and orchestra, and playing for special worship services and concerts. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organ and piano performance and accompaniment skills, be able to sight-read music, and have a solid understanding of various music styles, including classical, gospel, and contemporary. A Bachelor's degree in Music is required, with preference given to those with a Master's degree in organ. MUSIC TEACHER (Part-Time)

Lake Magdalene Christian School is currently in search of an Early Childhood Music Teacher. If you possess a strong passion for working with children and aspire to make a meaningful impact on their lives through the medium of music and dance, we are eager to connect with you.

Minimum qualifications and responsibilities encompass:

  1. A preference for an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Music Education or a related field.
  2. Preferably, prior experience working with children in a classroom setting.
  3. Flexibility to teach on a weekly basis, spanning two to three days each week, from August to May.
  4. Selection and instruction of music pieces for both Christmas and End of Year programs, as well as the Kindergarten musical.
  5. Taking the lead in guiding music sessions during the weekly chapel gatherings.
